Bad coolant leak

Had some bother during the winter and everything froze. At first it was heater matrix I had bypassed that, once that was fixed then the radiator was leaking so replaced that. After that the system seemed to all thaw out to be left with this leak here. Literally coming out as fast as it gets poured in. Is this a core plug or do you reckon the block is cracked? I do have a video but was unable to upload for some reason. And yes guys I am a dumb ass I understand there should have been coolant in the system rather than water, but my car had a habit of dumping coolant under boost so had to put water in to get me home and just forgot to change over. Was hoping to get it fixed next month but I am expecting the worst and not sure wether to get it fixed if it doesn't cost too much or buy a new Leon and keep this as a donor.
