If I buy a Leon with Bluetooth fitted then the buttons on the steering wheel replace the volume controls for the stereo.

Does this mean that there is no remote control for the stereo or do they still work when not using the bluetooth?

The bluetooth buttons dont replace the volume buttons. The volume buttons are on the right, bluetooth on the left.

You lose the ability to change radio station from the steering wheel though.

When you have music on and the phone rings or you make a call, the bluetooth mutes the music and the volume buttons on the steering wheel change the volume of the person you are talking to. when you are not on the phone the steering wheel buttons do the volume for the stereo along with the volume knob.
