Both Key Fobs stopped working!

Hi,

As above, tried both fobs neither worked, dead as a Dodo, any ideas apart from the battery immediately dying, and if so how do I get in otherwise?

Are the keys still working in the physical lock? And the car starting? If not then its the car battery.

Though if both your keys have been dead for more than a few hours they are going to need reprogramming now anyway, that will be fun.

Atm I am locked out of the car, I presume the only physical lock is in the tailgate don't fancy mountaineering at this point?

Both fobs light up and both working fine up until today!

You have physical locks both front doors under these covers.

Thanks is there a particular technique to removing them?

Just something plastic and soft so you don’t scratch the paintwork.

Many thanks, got in nothing happens when I turn the key so presume battery is dead, hey ho!

Main battery then. Don’t forget the car will need a re-program when a new battery goes in, not sure to what extent as my mechanic took care of mine the other day, but you can’t just slap a new battery in and off you go unfortunately.
