This should be so much easier.

I need to replace discs and pads front and back and bar knowing the fronts are TRW I have no idea what the bloody rears are. The code son the current pads don't help much and the pr codes are missing on my white label.

So I am armed with brake pad code of 90R 02A0463/1391, iITS A 67 REG 1.8 Tsi and a chassis number. Anyone got any ideas how I can find out as there are 3 different fitment types.

The 90R number is only an ECE Regulation 90 homologation number - not a part number.
'Googling' that number shows that is a Conti/ATE rear brake with a corresponding OEM number of 5Q0698451Q superseded to 5Q0698451AD
You have a 272x10 rear disc.

You have an EPB which really needs a diagnostic tool to wind the piston back, and re-set once complete.

Would I be right in saying I have 312 front discs.

Thank you so much for help.
Yes.
Your front pad has an anti-noise shim which wraps around the edges of the pad back plate. As it wraps around the pad - it's thickness becomes a critical dimension.
The OEM shim is unusually think at around 1.0mm and most aftermarket shims are 0.5mm or less.
I find many aftermarket suppliers (including big brand name suppliers) don't realise - meaning the pad is too loose and can rattle.
