Does that mean we’ve got to leave Craig at home

I don’t remember any bother last year cheeky get, that was the year before.

Did you ask if we could camp at the bottom of the field so we don’t upset the sad normal people. :drunk:

Many apologied there my lovely.

And how are you, it has been a long time since we walked hand in hand, in a drunken stuper. Or was that you just holding me up and guiding me to a chair for me to sit down on.

Ahh such vivid memories!!!

HOoooooooooooooooooooooray

Phil, Dan the man despatched the replacement sticker pack today so I will be OK for the grand stickering up meet at Croft on Saturday. :funk:

All I need now is a pot of white paint, what time you getting there Craig [B)]

Excellent,

I assume you and Craig will be heading over on the M62, we need to arrange a meeting point, looks like for convenience the rest of us will probably be going up the M1, so we need to look at meeting when the roads cross. Say about 10 am ish.

Hopefully that will be ok for everyone, Jetset and Strensall ?

Sounds like a plan Phil

Craig how about 9am at Birch with a view to meeting up with Phill and the rest on the M1 at 10?

Anyone suggest a suitable meeting point near the M1/ M62 split.

Phil are you meeting up with Lee

We will meet you there as we are only 40 mins away over the moors.
Be carefull if your going up the A19 loads of cops on there on a race weekend, just let us know a rough time at croft and I will be there and lets hope the weather is better than today.

I may have to pull of from the main convoy to pick my mate up at easingwold just off the 19 unless they follow as its a small diversion

If You want Lee I can pick your mate up, I only live 6 miles from Easingwold 10 mins away or could meet you there and go up the A19 together.

I know it is more for only the campers about the camping but can I just ask, with only 5 days to go (not including today - Tuesday) is anyone REALLY getting excited?!!

Lesson One: Do not park your car in Crewe
Lesson Two: Always keep an eye on your calendar.

Explanation Lesson One:

Went to Crewe to drop HisNibs's brake pads off as he's to lazy to pick them up from AwesomeGti (The only Performance Car Specialists) so I kindly offer to oblige. Cos that's the kind hearted person I am. Meanwhile some scally MOFO is trying to break into my car and subsequently causes £170 worth of door damage that I can now not get fixed until 2 weeks time!

Explanation Lesson Two:

I had a really good idea about a month and a half ago, remembering how we felt last time at Croft and driving home (Phil deciding he wanted to drive in ALL three lanes of the motorway!) that we should take the Monday off so this debacle of poor driving was not repeated.

So anyway, I mentioned this to HisNibs and we agreed to book the Monday off so we could chill out and chat with Mr Plato - again after the race. Apologies for name dropping to make this thread seem more important than it really is.

Anyway, since then HisNibs has forgotten about this, which leaves me in a somewhat pickle as I BOOKED the day off, as did he, but he forgot unlike me!

So this bears the question, is anyone else interested in staying over Sunday night for more beers and good cheer?

Thoughts?

If others are willing (keith, Mart +) then His Nibs needs to tell his buddy to do some arranging.

With regards to bringing stuff and His Nibs's PM - I will bringing:

1. 2 white wine boxes and 1 red
2. 1 bottle of Cassis
3. Crisps and other nibbles (yes Phil Scotch eggs)

nuff said - respond as you prefer
