Car Starting

Afternoon guys, I have posted this before but never really got a resolution. My car a CUPRA FORMENTOR 1.4 e-Hybrid 245 VZ2 5dr DSG 2023, seems to have an issue starting. When I push the start button with my foot on the brake peddle. The display looks like its starting , but then it asks me to start the car again, it then starts , This happens 9 out of 10 times. Why does it need doing twice, am I doing something wrong, or is there something in setting needing changed, this has been the case since day one. It has started on the first go 3-4 times since I got the car.
Any ideas

This happens to me but only when I let go of the brake within a second of pressing the start button. The car will insist I press the brake and get it going again.

Otherwise hold the brake for five seconds and only one start needed.
