Starting the car

Hi there,
I have had my CUPRA FORMENTOR 1.4 e-Hybrid 245 VZ2 5dr DSG 2023 for a few weeks now. i have noted that almost every time I start the car it askes me the restart it again, sometimes maybe 1 in 10 it starts the first time. Is anyone else having the issue. Does anyone have a solution to this. is it something in settings, or is it something I'm doing wrong.

Foot on brake, and press the start button, the display then say 'Please depress the brake and push start.

Its driving me nuts, any advice welcome please.

The message that you mention is also showing in my PHEV for a fraction of a second, but it goes away so fast that I don't need to do anything about it... The next second the car says it's ready to go.
So I just learnt to ignore it...
