clutch biting point.

hi all just had my ibiza cupra last night.
the prev owner said its had a new clutch.
my questions are.
1. is it hydraulic
2. where should the biting point be cause its hooribly low at the mo and its a pig to drive.
any help would be great thanks all in advance :)

my biting point is about a inch of the floor.
Is this normal for a new clutch or do i need to bleed the slave cylinder?:wtf:

When i had a uprated clutch on my old car it was really low biting point heavy as fook to being uprated :cry: but after driving it for a while it got a bit higher and was better just takes a bit to get used to...

hmmmm this is what im thinking to be honest cus it feels like its either on or off if ya know what i mean lol
the previous owner fitted it and forgot to tell me this lol
