Hello, I've read some conflicting information on the Internet and here as well.
Does anyone know for sure what the correct stuff is to put in the 6spd manual box of a UK spec 2009 FR CR170 TDi?
I've read 75w80, 75w90, 75w GL4, amongst other things, then I've read you can't mix synthetics and non-sythentics, and finally that some folks have experience "notchy" gear changes with oils/fluids that other have recommended.
I know that the oil/fluid is said to be lifetime, but with lifetime guarantees only being around 60k for cars surely a change would be in order now I'm at 100k.
I'd rather not use the dealer as I've heard they charge around £30 a litre, whereas you can get OEM type stuff form the likes of Feb Bilstein for half that i just want to be sure I'm buying the correct grade.
