Just wanted to give a shout out to Listers Cupra Worcester as they serviced my Formentor on Friday, and also stripped down a door to fix a fault caused by an accident repair workshop. OK I had to pay a couple of hours labour to fix it, and cough up the £25 to add me to the company insurance in order to use the courtesy car but I guess that's par for the course these days.
Given the place is a mess due to major refurbishment and all the offices are in portakabins in the car park they were very good, did what they said they'd do and the invoice matched too...
Funny how different dealerships in the same group and region can differ, wouldn't have been posting about Lister Seat/Cupra Coventry in the same way from experiences with a Ibiza Cupra (the well known engine problem) and the Formentor first service...
