Door lock stuck

Im wondering if someone could help me. I took the passenger side door apart to fix the leak, however in doing so ive created a problem with the lock.

It seemed to be working fine however I shut the door, and now its totally stuck. Its as if its locked, will not move atall, tried unlocking from inside (By pulling on the handle lead) and outside with the key. Also tried reconnecting all electrics and using the central locking, however its stuck solid. Is there any release mechanism on the lock that i could try? As the door card and inner skin is off that one less problem.

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnectiong the battery? make sure you have the radio code etc.

You could also try cycling the locking whilst hitting near the lock with the flat of your hand, if there's a dry soldered joint you my be lucky and get the door to open, obviously don't hit the door hard enough to dent it!
