DSG Ticking

Hi all,

I have a 2016 Seat Leon FR 1.4 DSG, I’ve only had it a week so new to DSG and Seat at a whole.

When driving in auto mode before the car changes gear I hear a sort of ticking sound then it changes gear and nothing, just wanted to see if anyone else has this and if it’s normal.

Also when driving at high speed on motorway it feels a little shaky not enough that the wheel shakes just like a vibration type of feeling and as if you can feel every bump in the road.

Any knocks, bangs or squeaks when going over bumps? Are your tyres okay, no bulges or uneven wear? Are they balanced?
