Don't have a top speed measurement but that is governed by the gearing so unless you re-geared it or took the rev limiter off, you'd end up with the same top speed irrespective of the power.

Last time I looked the remap was £399. You'll get somewhere between 5 and 10 bhp and a similar gain in torque. It's not much compared to what you get if you chip a turbo car. However I did notice it in terms of improved pick-up. I've had no problems in the 11.5 years since I had it done.
If you went for cams plus a remap you could get well into the 140's for bhp.

ha ha would like to go the nitrous route but sum how i think it wolud melt my block cos id set it up wrong

What was its full spec, it'd had some headwork as well hadnt it?
It had a fair bit.... Forge pistons, H section conrods, port & polished head, cam etc etc and 75 - 100 shot of nitrous.
Not sure of 0-60 and all that but it was abit of an animal!!
