Cheers, yeah alloys are just dear. There's been a few times I've very nearly bought some but it would mean not going nights out and buying stuff so they take a back seat. Yeah the black mirrors are growing on me. I like the silver fr ones. Nobody else seems to.

Yeah I'm glad I got the black interior. Makes a big difference.

Is all the white inside vinyl? Iv seen some bits painted before but I guess vinyl is easyer? Did you do it in the car or take it all apart?

Yeah they are. The gloss black bits are painted though. Can't see them too well in the pictures but. Take the bits apart to do. They're all removed easy enough.

Just a small update. Vinyled the bottom lip on the car gloss black today like I had on my old bumper. Bit messy so I might do it again at some point.

Starting to get the modding bug again. I've nearly bought alloys a good few times but think I want coilovers first.

It's not hard to do but it's hard to do well if you know what I mean. Just take your time and you'll get it looking good. Also a heat gun works much better than a hair dryer if you have one.

see iv not worked it out really, do you heat the wrap so you can stretch it to get around corners etc? Cause the facelift frf bumper i have is like a curve all the way around. the bottom lip bit i mean.

Pretty much, and to smoot it out so you don't get bubbles. If you get some and have a play about with it you get the hang of it. My facelift bumper was easier to do than my cupra one. I've done a few interior bits that were ok.

Nah, thinking lowering comes first. Might try and get my splitter on the bumper as well.

Needed something to keep me occupied so today I debadged the rear wiper followed by a quick wash. Glad I did this as I wasn't sure on it before.

Yeah it's roasting here, was out in shorts, t-shirt and sunnys. Been either like this or thunder and lightning or floods for the past week.
Tbh if I'm going to lower it I think I'd regret not going for coilies. What's the drop on them?

Yea im gonna go for JOM's when i can get a buyer for these i think. 35-40mm is meant to be the drop. Not enough for my liking.
