As the title says im after help , if somebody could tell me what these conectors are for and if something is ment to be connected to them?
The other day i took off the engine cover to start fitting some new samco and found that the small white t-piece has a tube snapped off it and nothing connected to it and nothing connected to the larger black tube either the small white t-piece has air coming from it when the engine is running and the large black tube it sucking air in. If somebody could tell me if they are ment to be connected to something or what i should do with they

cheers j

that is cos someone has bypassed the n249 on your car. the small pipe and large pipe jubilee clipped together in the pic near the open port on the n249 should be connected to the two open connections if that makes sense? the n249 bypass does improve things though :)

mine is bypassed to; it makes the dv more responsive and improves part throttle pick up :)

Do i need to cover the white connector that has snaped ? its just that it has air coming from it and i can put a straight connector on it so no air will leak out, as for the black connector it can be blocked off no probs.

you don't really need to block off either, but some people do block of the larger black one :)
