can anyone translate these into laymans terms for me please and recommend what i need to get. i know my maf and abs sensors are knackered so ive already ordered them yesterday but any ideas what other items i need to replace?

Can I recommend you replace what you know is faulty first, then recheck the fault codes? You might find some of the other codes are associated. For example, that bank 1 additive fuel trim might be struggling because the MAF signal is wrong, so it's trying to trim the fuel based on meaningless data.
