will have to check all me pipes again then lol,

at what rpm would you think the boost should die down as its still requesting 2550mbar at 6k+ so you would think the turbo wouldnt meet that at them revs would you?

Dont know mate. But its still requesting about 1.5Bar @ 6k+ and thats about the same as Benny's hybrid is requesting so it sounds about right to me mate.

Could be something like a old hose perishing and has loads of pin holes in and only leaks under high load

There is nothing wrong with it. Fuel trims are some how zero which surgests no leaks.
Looks like a standard Revo stage 3 code on a ko4 turbo, bar the badly scaled maf in the cc software.
The only things I'd check would be actuator line and n75

Cheers, will have to chec all connections... dont think i have any old standard hoses left under bonnet nowadays,

where did you get all the work done, i.e. who fitted the turbo and mapped it?

hmm, What do you mean by the badly scaled maf in cc software?

I reckon a 1.8t at 1 bar at 6000rpm flows around 200g/s to flow 220 takes around 1.2 bar.

It could be boost leak, but then your fuel trims would be out.

I've seen a few logs from CC maps that have airflow values that don't tie up wtith how much air the engine can ingest, and thought you were CC. Are you running a larger maf?

Yeh running the 3" maf with the 3" sensor (not the ibiza element as some people do)

also had my mot the other day it was showing lamba reading 1.200ish where it was ment be reading 0.970-1.030... does that mean its to much fuel or to much air going in/out?

finally had the chance to get some good readings off air mass injection.....

highest reading was 215g/s at 5760rpm and still getting 212g/s at 6700rpm

seem ok to me......
