Help with speakers pls

I have a leonfr 5dr 2018
I seem to have lost sound from my back speakers, as well as this the balance fader settings have disappeared.
I can now only fade from left to right as opposed to the whole car.

Could this be a hardware issue, or just a programming issue?

if anyone has an idea what could cause this, and or any fixes, please let me know

If you mean from the infotainment system, i did try this unfortunately nothing changed
