Just got my Leon so not 100% sure what's supposed to be standard etc.

But, should there be this big hole at the bottom left of my front bumper below my fog light???

Anyone?????

Looks like may have been cut? Just seems weird, especially since it's not even on the side that the air box is on!

tow loop fits in behind the painted hockey stick to the side of the fog

isnt the bumper cut open there to allow more air in to the intercooler that side on the tdi

i forgets what side they are to be honest

I thought the tow thing was the small black circle on the right handside below fog?

Hmmm, could be for the intercooler? Not had the car long so not had chance to fully explore my engine! So not sure where everything is yet!

I may cut open both sides under the fogs to even things up, looks bit odd just having huge hole on one side!

is it not for the temp senser

Don't think it would be temp sensor, hole is pretty big!

And the temp sensor on my Ibiza was a tiny dimple on one of the wing mirrors, so I assume the temp sensor would again be quite small on the Leon too and not require a big hole in the bumper! lol.

For the amount of times you'll notice it its honestly not worth it.

And if you do notice it a lot then the car obviously isnt low enough :D

Temp sensor is that 5p sized hole in the space under the n/s (right as you look at the picture) foglight

I'd go for intercooler too, cos my petrol Toledo doesn't have the square-ish hole that's in your bumper

.....whether it's standard, or someone's cut it is another matter

Yeah just had a good look around engine, and it is for the intercooler.

Lol, looks like a 2 year old has cut the hole out though when you look close! Hence why wasn't sure if it was standard or not! Beautiful SEAT craftsmanship! lol.

intercooler is drivers side. im with the temp sensor as its definatly in that area , just been to check mine and its missing due to the fmic pipes.
i think its standard and the temp sensor clips into it.

Yeah mine had a few leaves in it too! Strange how SEAT didn't think of putting any sort of mesh in that huge gap to stop anything getting in!
