I have a V5/2 form with my ibiza

Dealer gave me this V5/2 'new keeper' form with my ibiza, Do I just send this to the DVLA then the car will be in my name?

No - hold onto it & the DVLA will send the new V5C to you

Got a little carried away with my new car so kind of forgot what the dealer said. Will he be sending the other form to put it in my name.

Also, I put my car in as part-ex. How do i get my name off that?

The seller has the responsibility to fill in the V5C, and send to the DVLA (the dealer will put your name to the car)

Did you fill in the yellow(?) section on the part-ex paperwork stating you've sold it to a stealer?
