Inferi Black vs Black Magic

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question regarding paint colours.

Im thinking about changing the bumper on my Ref Sport for a Cupra bumper. If my paint colour is black magic and the cupra is Inferi Black will the paint colours match?

I know the bumpers are a straight swap but i dont know about the paint. Iirc the cupra is not available in black magic just inferi black?

Would i need to be looking for one from an FR instead? As i believe that was supplied in black magic.

Yes that is right the Cupra wasnt avaliable in black magic just Inferi Black, and i dont think the two paints match

I think you're best looking for Black Magic

Inferi Black has a purpley tint at different angles i think

The black magic has a gold tint to it in certain lights and the inferi has a purple tint.

Skoda black magic paint is also identical to Seat black magic. So if you need touch up pens or spray canisters you can buy the skoda one from halfrauds

Hey mate, They def wont match, any colour that has a different name means its a different shade. I know magic black has gold metallic through it and maybe a few other metallics as well. The easiest way to find out is phone your local paint supplier (not halfrods) or pop in they can tell you as its stored on there computers but im almost certain they are different colours and close up will be noticeable!

The latest (59 plate) Mk2 Cupra only comes in black magic so you should be able to get a match.

I have my doubts that a face lift bumper will fit a pre face lift car?
