Hello,

Im quite new on here. Just sold my punto and im looking around at cupra's at the moment.
I have been told that a few things that i just wanted to check..

I was told that the newer 51 reg models are more diserable than X and Y reg models. Is this purely because they are newer, or were any improvments made between the first and later cupras?

also, How much is an average cambelt change?

lol total rubbish that! was it somebody on here that told you?

newer x plates have AYP and older X plates have AQX engines, small differences. The older ones map harder though with hi flow head.

51 plates will be a year newer, depends what you want really.

Camblet change your looking roughly 300 quid.

No it wasn't anyone off here, it was someone local selling one, he said that the 51 reg are much more desirable. But your saying that they are all pretty much the same? So the only difference is the age?
