Lambda Sensor Help

Hi my mate has a fault code of

17536 P1128-35-00 Long Term Fuel Trim mult.,Bank1 System too Lean

as the leon has 2 lambda sensors how can we tell which one needs replacing?? as ive been told by seat its the sensor which is f00ked or could it be the MAF?

bump, surely somebody must know where the lambda sensors are?!?

total guess here but im thinking if there are 2 lamda sensors they would be either side of the cat and the faulty one is 'likely' to be in front of the cat. anyone want to affirm/contradict that? i am quite honestly guessing!

£20 says it's the maf

Log block 003 in vag-com, so we can see what it's doing. Anyone know what a stage 1 remapped cupra should show? 160g/s ish?

Could also log the lambda blocks but I'm not sure which one they are or how to interpret the results, sure someone on here will know though.

i think bank 1s before the cat.. so nearest the engine. dealer will confirm

but as said could also be the maf i believe.

Why do MAF's go wrong so much???

as far as i know its because they are extremely sensitive and small errors cause big problems....but i know nothing

some have said vibration kills them. no idea personally.
