Lost Power Steering after unplugging battery

Hiu guys, any advice please

I unplugged the battery for a second now I have a yellow wheel symbol on the dash and the steering is kinda heavy.. Can anyone tell me is this normal on a Leon and does it need calibrating to reset? Thanks

You just have to drive a short while and it should self-calibrate and turn the light off.

Cheers, I have done this 10+ times but no joy... Can't even find a manual on how to do this on a Seat, only for Audi and VW

Hmm it seems to be the remedy for vw, Audi and skoda so surely seat too since its in the family. Try doing it then go for a short drive. Surely you did it like this but... Wheels straight Start engine slow fill turn left hold for a few secs then slow full right for a few secs then straighten up by this point if it's still on then do a short drive.
