Misfire on all Cylinders (2010 SEAT Ibiza 1.2L) CGP

Just bought 2010 SEAT Ibiza 1.2L (Engine Code: CGPA)

Getting misfires on all cylinders some times at idle and under hard acceleration. It will go into limp mode under hard acceleration and you need to turn engine off and on again to reset

Timing chain has just been replaced, compression on all cylinders around 215psi and just changed spark plugs which got rid of a lot of the misfires but still some present

The misfires will stop after a few minutes of idling and then when you press the pedal again they will start randomly. Sometimes in 1 cylinder and then other times in all cylinders.

I think maybe the pencil coils are bad? The part number I get off them don't seem to bring up any brand so maybe previous owner threw in the cheapest ones he could find? P/N: R0401S00400

Or maybe a crank position sensor?

16687-Cylinder 3 P0303-009 - Misfire Detected - Intermittent

16686-Cylinder 2 P0302-009 - Misfire Detected - Intermittent

16685-Cylinder 1 P0301-006 Misfire Detected - Intermittent

16684-Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected P0300-006-Intermittent

17658-Fuel Level too Low P1250-000-

Readiness: 0010 0001

1st picture and 2nd picture are about 5 minutes apart

Coil packs replaced. No difference.
Still misfiring.

Yes, this was solved for me by replacing injectors and fuel filter
