Watch the gearbox...f18/23 whatever it be are pretty weak. Lifespan is about 80/90k and £300/600 rebuild cost isn't funny.

87k on the clock.. And MOT till Feb 2018! Guy offered it refit the a gearbox for free if it goes I'd have to just buy one! So that's half the cost already.. Only issue is you put in 1st and as clutch bites the gear nob move down.. Not sure what that's about but the guy said it's been like it since he's had it a few years and offered to fit another for free is this one goes.

Everything is original.. Man the stereo lol looks like something from the 60s lol gonna run it through the MOT today as only 2 months left. Engine light come on for egr so guys gonna look at it and MOT it today

Not sure on TDI and don't want to guess. Some really nice people on here with them tdi...make a new thread about it mate.
My mate has to gt TDI golf remapped with popcorn limiter...pulls really well.
