Hey peeps, new here and new to Seats (but not VAG range cars) I own a 2004 Ibiza Cupra R PD160 which is currently stock just mapped (not sure if power but it was quick enough, for a day) I'm currently looking for a few things for the car (hard aftermarket market for these for some reason)

I'm looking for braided hoses (AP Racing 4 pot calipers) also EGR delete I have off my PD130 A3 8L Quattro (currently got the AWD system off the car to fit on the Ibiza)
Looking to see biggest tire size I can fit on the car due to it just BLAZING it's front tires under any sort of load, even pulling off it just spins, traction is pointless on it as it just kills all power to the car. It's polybushed already, also what's best springs to throw on it to lower it a little?
Also best pads (I've ran all of the EBC range to have them crumble on me, so they're junk, never tried DS2500 pads but think I'll jump on them next, also some C Hook discs (if they improve stopping any?) Some Type200 brake fluid (needs a complete flush) also anyone know where I can get the front bumper grilles from as one is broke.

I've currently had the car since the 21st of December 2018 and got it all on the road today, it had been sat for a year, haven't been moved or started, so I threw new brakes on it all way round (minus front calipers) pads in front was left as they was still new (Apex *yawn* HA CRAP!) rears got swapped out for Brembo discs and pads, Brembo discs up front, new radiator (other had split near the fins both sides) gave it an oil change, currently has no air filter (paper filter was dead, also found a dead rat inside it) that will explain the 18.3MPG I got from the car on the way back with it, today I got that upto 32.8MPG (big difference) still junk for a diesel. Need to get a green cotton filter for it..... also is there anything else I can do to improve throttle response, low down power or anything to make this car quicker? This is for the time been, before getting hybrid turbo, bigger front mount, injectors, blah blah blah, I got used to the power within an hour of driving the car today and now I find it boring. So more power is needed cause I don't wanna get rid of the car cause I actually like it, it's done 174k miles and inside it looks like it's done not even 10 miles, outside it looks like it's done about 70k (paint chips and a few scuffs) other than that it's as close to mint for £500 as you can get (yes I know, it's a steal) only spent £250 on parts and it passed it's MOT with 1 advisory (tire been close to legal limit)

Welcome to the forum. 500?! That is a steal mate

Yeah £500 man, I got it because of that reason, I know how much these are worth, it had been sat for a year or longer and was dirty as hell (You will see on photo's in a minute) Had no MOT, nothing, even came with a full tank of diesel which quickly got put to use and got BURNT off within 50 miles (I beat the living hell out of it) 45L tanks FTW, making fuel disappear and fast, lol.

Also gotta few little things body work wise to do, sand wing back, respray it, the rust on the front bottom of the door where the sill is, the front bumper has a scrape on it which needs to be sorted, also some clear coat has peeled off it, the bonnet has rock chips on it which is now rusted, but hey, for £500, I'm really not moaning at all, the car itself is MINT for the price, for the money I'm happy, couldn't of picked up a better car really, I've paid a lot more for a lot worse than this. I was offered this same car 6 to 8 months before for £800 and I tried to get the money for it (RX8 and saving don't agree) so waited till last month when they said "hey, want it for £500" I RAGGED there hand off, threw them the money and took the car, repaired it, got it on road, sorted. Happy bunny, lol, so me and this car kinda has history, it's THE car I've always wanted since seeing it first time around and now, I own it, proof that time is awesome, just had to wait it out, lol

Yeah, the Cupra R comes stock with them. A PD150 and PD160 come stock with a front mount from factory. I had a PD130 Quattro A3 8L before this which was stock, loved it but engine died (sump smashed) and then ended up getting this so....... love this, it's just the fact I got too used to the power of the car so now I just find it piss boring. Want more from it.

Weird that they put the fmic on the ibiza r and smic's on the leon r

It's a Cupra R..... not the FR, maybe that's why? It even come with 4 pots from factory (AP Racing) as the Leons came with 4 pot Brembo so..... these APs are HELL lethal, going from normal single piston calipers to these..... with crap brake discs and pads, tgey SCARY sharp. Take a lot of getting used to, I'm thinking of DS2500 pads all round and C Hook discs all round as well. Braking will be way better then. As at moment I'm heating these up WAY to fast. Brake fade is evil, I live where there is all dual carriage ways and country lanes so....... Need some good brakes for when the big boys wanna play.

Yellow stuff are pretty to put it a nice way, trash, I had mine bedded in for 1k miles before BEATING on them on my RX8, I had them on the car for a total of 4k miles and they was GONE, completely dead, metal backing plate in discs. Total crap. Brake fade was shocking. Braking power was okay for what they was but when you like braking last minute and picking speed up pretty quick and do some serious fast road driving, you need the stopping power, they, didn't do it for me, I've been through all of the EBC range and they're all crap, the Blue Stuff ones are pretty good but hell take AGES to start biting right. And then when they get heat they okay but get to hot they set on fire..... yes they actually set on fire...... I'm looking for some heafty pads for fast road use for the Ibiza as these brakes after 3 hours of driving today are shot, been smoked out, heated up, discs are all blue, pads are pure destroyed, yeah brakes and me, well I like them. Lol, personally I like to stop before the car in front of me, lol
