Hi All, new owner in Aberdeen, Scotland

Picked up my 2021 VZ2 last Friday, 7k miles, Urban Silver + Sunroof, and loving it so far! Such a capable car with bucket loads of tech as standard!

Looking forward to learning and reading about these cars on the forum!

That's good as some folk had the infotainment reboots from day one.

Only thing that has annoyed me so far is the wireless charging pad is rubbish, on a 3hr drive to Glasgow, using android auto charged my phone about 5%

You need to make sure it's placed 100% accurate and the phone case isn't getting in the way.

The other thing is that the phone gets super hot, and and you need to keep it toe down otherwise it's GPS and mobile signal drop off. It's really not well positioned :/

Yes I noticed the heat! Seems to depend on the phone too, a mates iPhone charged 17% in 10 mins.

It probably wasn't on the pad correctly, it's a fast charge. I've had the same happen - interesting that Lone-Ranger said it has to be right way up - that might be where I went wrong.

Have you tried the "Hola Hola" yet?

My Grandkids like it - They've mastered the "Cold feet" command.

It probably wasn't on the pad correctly, it's a fast charge. I've had the same happen - interesting that Lone-Ranger said it has to be right way up - that might be where I went wrong.

I am putting the phone top down, charge port facing up, might try the other way.

I had to turn part of the voice control off because it kept activating itself, I have worked out how to turn on and off the heated seats by saying my bum is cold / hot

I'm based in Scotland, but it shows my Flag as Israel!
