Afternoon all.
I've been lurking here for a number of weeks whilst I've been on the look out for a Cupra.
I previously had a 2002 Cupra (non-R) which I loved back in the day and have always fancied another.
Having currently been dabbling in Bangernomics for 18 months in a beat up Renault Diesel Estate, the opportunity has come along for my new steed;
2007 Leon Cupra 240 in Inferi Black, it's done 156k but has been Serviced every year up until 2020.
No mention of Timing Belt at all, but it did have a new engine in 2011 so at least there was a new belt with that.
Plans so far; 1)Filters and Liquids for peace of mind | 2)Timing Belt/Water Pump/Plugs
Then I'll just enjoy it and cross other items as I get some cash together.
I'll post some photos once I have the car in my hands and give it a good wash!
