matter oreering in April, finally received my VZ2 310 Formentor. What a looker of a car it is. I’ve already had a few people stop and ask me what it is.

Absolutely loving the car. Only 400 miles on the clock so haven’t pushed her, just yet…

My VZ2 is just at 6000 miles and it’s really opened up now…. Just in time for it be be taken away and a new one given where I run it in all over again

Nice. Did you find performance improved at 6,000 or did you sense it earlier on? I’m being ultra careful running mine in.

It improved from around 1500-2009 miles and I was gentle running it in. Then it got the 6000-7000rpm quite a bit (obviously when the engine oil was around 80oC)

As @Maypack has said at around 1500-2000 miles you will feel an improvement. Mine was the same, felt underwhelming when new but then came to life.

Is that the optimal temperature to get to before accelerating hard? I take it that’s the middle icon?
