Both are intermittent codes meaning they were set at some point but at the time of the scan, they were no longer present. I would clear the codes and see if they return unless the car is still under warranty. Then I would leave them for the dealer to see.

The temp sensor intermittent short to ground could be the sign of a temp sensor beginning to fail or the wiring between the sensor and the ECU chafing on some surface.

The other error may be a result of the temp sensor error.

many thanks for the help i found today that it was one wire on the map sensor that had rubbed through. so after re wiring the map sensor all seems to be good
