No bluetooth option in ibiza 2016 media system

Hello, im sorry for my bad English
I have a seat ibiza 2016 and I always had the bluetooth option when i open my media option
Now there is no bluetooth or usb option, only sd card that I dont use
I've tried to reset the system by holding down the power button, i've done factory reset for media and system in the "setup" but nothing helps.
