rears should fit no issues... ask the seller to measure the pad pins, you need 27mm clearence on them.
ask him the proper part number on the pads they should be 996 352 421 and 996 352 422 iirc
you will need custom carriers and 312mm discs, and vag to brembo brake lines.
carriers will be circa 140quid, lines 50quid and of course new pads. 110 for ds2500s.
the fronts may fit, but will have been configured for wider discs on these and will also need the nipples reversing.
ask if he will just sell you the rears. id sa 250quid would be fair for the rear calipers only.
