Anyone managed to fit one of these by jacking the car up? I thought it looked easy but Ive had a 2' long breaker bar on the bolt & its not budging! Scared I snap it!
Might take car to mates garage & get him to do it on ramp.
Original bush looks a bit distorted too so new one might be a pain to slide in!

No, also.no bolt but others say the have refused thenolt without problems.
Given they’re specifically designed as single use stretch bolts, I wouldn’t reuse personally. They’re so cheap to buy just get a fresh one

Got my insert in yesterday - took about 3 mins on a ramp!
What a difference! Unbelievable! Slight vibration at idle but I can put up with that!

Did you replace the bolt too? It also looks nice cuz it’s purple.

mine was yellow! Yes replaced bolt although guys at garage say they never replace these when the take out engines or gearboxes!

I think that’s the difference between working on your own car, and someone else’s car… 👀
