Simple enough on a FWD car.
The bearing is part of the wheel hub and removed after removing the brake caliper/carrier and the centre retaining bolt.

What makes you think it is the wheel bearing ?

It's very unlikely to be a wheel bearing at that mileage.Check the tyres.

Notice how the sound changes as you go round corners. If it's a bad tyre it's get louder as it is loaded up. To be sure you can swap the tyres around but my bet is a faulty tyre. It can sound exactly like a wheel bearing.

Another way to check it's not tyres is to drive over different types of road surfaces I've old tarmac new tarmac if the noise changes it's tyres if it stays the same it's bearings.
But as said above it's one of the easier jobs on a Leon.

It's uncommon for rear wheel bearings to wear out on a car with only 25,000 miles like your 2018 model. While replacing them isn't impossible yourself, it's typically not considered an easy DIY job. It's a job generally recommended for experienced mechanics. It involves removing the wheel hub, pressing out the old bearing, and pressing in a new one. Special tools like a puller and a press are often required.
