Removing front door cards

Just in the process of sound proofing my doors but can't for the life of me remove the front door cards! I've done the back ones fine.. Anyone got any ideas or photos?

Thanks, had a brief search and must have missed that thread.. Will give it another go in work tomorrow if I get a chance! Will be worth it in the long run anyway!
