Scuffed VZ3 Copper Alloys

Hello all. Had my Cupra Formentor VZ3 for 3 months now and absolutely love it- still get people coming up asking what it is as you don't see too many around. Unfortunately i managed to scuff the front driver side wheel on one of those god awful chicane barriers over a small bridge. I want to know if anyone else has scuffed their copper alloys and had trouble getting anyone to take on the work! Some 5 specialist body/alloy companies say they can't match the colour or it would take 3 to 4 days to work on fixing the scuff-even if they could find a match. Cupra-Seat-have no answer as i suspect they want to charge me hundreds to get a new alloy rim. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone know the Cupra Copper Colour Spec. Tried Halfords and online. Thanks, Chris

Disregard the rounded part - that was someone else. I think the color is L27A. I had the same kind of accident but I am not as bothered with it as you are (I'm sure I'll scuff them again). Also I think if you just color over it with the proper copper color - it will become much less obvious. This is what I plan to do. After all, "specialists" will probably just sand it down and color it over.

I had a supposed professional make a pigs ear of my VZ2 alloy repair…

If anyone knows a very reputable diamond alloy repair specialist around Hampshire/Surrey I’d love to know too!
