Seat Ibiza mark 2 spoiler

Hi all,
I'm looking to buy this original rear spoiler off a seat Ibiza mark 2 gti, was wondering will this fit an Ibiza mark 2 cls 1996, also how do they normally fit, using bolts etc?
And will I need to make any modifications to get it to fit?

calm down dear,
i have but i cant find anything for this,
i need to know whether the spoiler from a ibiza gti is bolt on, i was on google and someone said that you can use some kind of double sided tape

Believe it or not, you're not the first person who wants to put a GTi spoiler on their car.

Probably not the easiest way

The best way is to click 'search', then 'advanced search' and then you can select the Ibiza mk2 forum area.

well ive got my spoiler now, just not fitted it yet.
ive looked across the forums and have found that the rear window has to have holes in to bolt it on...
so will i have to drilll holes in the glass (is it safe to do) or would it be safe if i just cut the bolts off the spoiler and tigerseal it on?

ordered some tiger seal, should be with me in a few days ,
in the mean time i need to decide whether to keep the spoiler metallic black or colour code to the car, my cars tornado red and its pre facelift so already has alot of black on it ....so could look pretty cool

what do you think?

i've got GTi ones that look like they'll fit tbh, i dont know if 5 and 3 doors share the same tail lights, if they do the semi smoked ones i've got would look niiice

looks like ill have to change them...but they arent my main priority right now

at the moment im looking for the side skirts you get on the mark 2 facelifts, but seem like they are only made for 3 door not 5 door....

i will be attaching it on start of next week when my glue arrives

next thing i have to decide is if my new splitter should be painted or not :think...but to early for that because its not arrived yet lol
