tyres sizes for standard wheels

Right might be a crap thread but im just wondering really if anyone has change the size of the tyres on there standard 5 spoke ibiza cupra alloys?

Thing is im due 4 new tyres! Im currently running 195/45/r16. I have a thing for the size of the tyre walls, because the bigger the wall the smaller it makes your alloys look. The thing is i found different makes of tyres seem to have bigger walls than other i.e pirelli have big side walls and falkens have small.

I want a good make tyre no budgets! so i was thinking of changing the tyre size to 205/40/r16. I was wondering if anyone has done this and what does it look like? i dont want 195/40/r16 ether because i dont think the wheels will fill the arch enough lol

I'm not going to recommend any sizes other than what it should be. If you mess around with sizes it COULD affect the rolling diameter of the wheel therefore your miles etc will be out. Size issues have been discusses so may be worth a quick read.

yeah really happy with them quite dark tho ive put a thread in the styling sectoin let me no wot ya think
