Water in front and rear drivers side

Hi guys have been searching this page a lot but haven’t had any luck with sorting my leak out , I have water getting in behind the bonnet catch lever running Down and sitting in the corner , and also have water running in down the rear drivers side seat as if it’s coming from the boot , but for love or money I can’t work out where either are coming from , any suggestions except door seals sunroof drains or boot catch cable grommet

If you open the bonnet, under the plastics on the drivers side scuttle panel is a black plastic cover where the wiring harness goes to the fuse & relay panel under the dash. This has the same foam seal that degrades over time and let's water in
