Where to hide amp?

This amp is a very small amp; it's a Vibe LiteBox stereo 2.

•Dimensions: H 50mm x W 210mm x D 135 mm

I want to put it under the passenger footwell, theres a panel under the glovebox and I was just wondering if it would fit there, or maybe behind the glovebox?

Plus will 71mm depth be too much for the front doorcards? I will be using MDF spacers.

Thanks.

Not many places to have amp in the front.
what i done was run the power to the back of car and sealed amp inside sub box in boot and ran speaker wire up to the front when i had the carpet out anyway.wasnt any extra hassle.
all depends what you plan to run in the front???If its only high output components i wouldnt bother with an amp.i had my components unning off an amp and kept overloading them and blowing.just have sound in the boot now and sounds better when tuned...

tried that with mine but amp was too high to fit under the seat n scraped the face of the amp when i slide seat forward or back.
Maybe the vibe is small enough so may be worht a try!!!!

If you've got a 3dr Version Ibiza, how about the rear quarters, where the rear speakers are?

I'm pretty certain there might be just enough room. Only downside is the amp might get hot & i'm not sure if it might affect the amp being mounted vertically, rather than horizontally.

Go have a butchers & find out.

I thought about under the seats too, but the amp would be visable also to potential thiefs.
