In August 2024 I contacted them about a brand new Leon Estate advertised on Autotrader. They didn't know which car I was talking about. Eventually they found it in their off-site compound. At which point they realised it had a towbar fitted that they didn't know about when advertising it. They insisted on adding the list price of the towbar to the advertised price. I walked away.
I could also add that I had an awful experience in JCT600 Mercedes Benz of Doncaster - but probably my own fault for walking in there wearing jeans and not a suit.

Bought a Leon estate here. Staff were really good and I annoyed them a lot with questions which they answered perfectly and put me at ease. Recommended

Not impressed........Trying to book your car in takes about 1 to 2 months notice and with all the software/hardware faults this car has suffered with and still does it sort of sums up my whole experience sadly.

hi recently bought a cupra leon vz3 from them supposed to have had a rac i believe 72 point check never recieved any paper work to confirm . had to take some items off my previous cupra as were missing off the new car , had to have a part replaced which was damaged by there valeters which took them 5 months to pay the bill after they had told me it had been payed , only found out it hadn't when i recieved a final demand saying they were commencing county court proccedings to recover the outstanding amount . They also sold me a wheel damage repair policy which i have had to claim on have been told by repair tech due to the stain colour used by cupra they can;t repair the damage so thats another £325 gone down the drain will never buy from them again
