AVOID AVOID… went in for an update on the software. Was left for a few days and then I get a complimentary health check. A video to say IVE greased my brakes with copper slip and car isn’t safe to drive so implied I need to spend 1500 on replacing them.
I called them out on it and said it couldn’t be that as I’d driven it into them. So requested CCTV footage and I’d come in and have a look for myself::: miraculously they decided that all the brakes we cleaned up now and it wasn’t as bad as they first thought so I could come and collect. Drive the car away absolutely no issues at all and I or my family shall never return.

The normal pick up and drop of service for servicing. Placed in the countryside mid way between Pembroke Dock and Haverfordwest on the old back road before the bridge was built, parking isn't an issue as you find in towns. Plenty of customer parking.

Seat sales and Seat / Cupra services. Second hand Seat and Cupra sales as well. Does Isuzu, so lifting equipment recently refreshed for heavy loads in the workshop. Handle those heavy EVs with ease when Seat gets to sell them.

Bought my Formentor VZ3 from the guys at Marshall Oxford last year, Elliot and Jamie were excllent throughout and I got the car at an excellent price. Couldnt fault them from initial enquiry to the eventual pickup!

When looking for a nearly new Cupra Ateca, I contacted a few North West dealers to see what was available, and only one bothered to get back to me. That was Cupra Crewe, part of the Swansway Group.
They located a VZ2 & a VZ3 and agreed to bring them to Crewe for me to check out. I ended up buying the 74 reg VZ2 at a highly attractive price.
I needed a tow hook fitted and they agreed to fit a genuine VW/Seat one about a month after I took delivery.
Unfortunately, the car didn't have tow bar preparation from the factory, (contrary to the specification on the label in the boot) so it also required tow bar electics fitting, which was a substantial job including installing a loom from the front of the car that required quite a lot of trim removing (including the back seat base). So, instead of a 2.5hr task, this turned into a substantially longer job.
They had great difficulty coding the car for the new electrics, and after 5 days, with countless referrals to VAG technical, they agreed to give me the car back to give them time to get further advice from VAG.
It appears that the trailer control module supplied in the kit was the wrong one for the car, so a few weeks later the car went back for the correct unit to be fitted and the car recoded. Success!
Throughout, Cupra Crewe were fantastic, keeping me informed of progress (or lack of) and were incredibly apologetic for the delays. They told the story exactly as it was, no bull***t and treated me with consideration throughout. (They provided a courtesy car each time my car went in, without me having to ask for one.)
I cannot fault their customer service and would most certainly recommend them to anyone considering a Cupra.

Part of Vertu and overall very average. Sales process was more 'how much money' we can get out of you as opposed to offering a good deal. Fine salesperson on the arrogant side even told me to go to another dealership if I wanted a better deal! Never found them a great dealer ever in all honesty and have had previous issues with them when Bristol Street SEAT. OK if a local dealer for ease but there are much better dealers, especially the small or family run ones. Who seem to offer better service over all.

Cupra Wolverhampton is the best SEAT and Cupra dealer I have dealt with. We brought a brand new car from them and the whole process was great. Local dealer was arrogant and unwilling to do much deal wise Cupra Wolverhampton the opposite. Highly recommended.

I have been using this dealer since 2014 when I bought my SEAT Leon Cupra 280 from them, It was suggested to me by my then dealer which was retiring from the business, as the best in the area. I had that car for 8 years and it was looked after with care by FIFE CUPRA in that time with no problems at all. I then bought my second car from them in 2022 my current CUPRA Leon 300, which again has been looked after by them in the same manner. You are treated as a friend not just a number and all the staff are willing to go the extra mile. a rare thing to find these days,

Holders has been my local dealer for 24 years, and I have had all my cars serviced there and purchased (too many!) cars from them.

The staff are polite and attentive, and I have always been happy with the service.
