The team at WJ King Bromley are amazing I have just purchased a new Terramar V2. The attention to detail and car prep was first class these guys are proper old school car salesmen they know their product and how to show it to you.

My first service at Hatfield and overall the experience was good, from start to finish. The customer-facing team are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got my car to them at 8am and they managed to get the service and lengthy update done by about 3.30pm (having pre-warned me it could run into a second day). Coffee was offered several times!
Leigh, who dealt with me on the day, was excellent. She talked me through everything they'd done (some places just give you the key back and that's it). I was sent a video of the visual inspection carried out on the underside of the car, which I was delighted to receive.
The only downside is that they can be very hard to reach on the phone (impossible sometimes). This needs to be addressed.

However, on a person-to-person level, in the showroom, they are excellent. Over the course of the entire process I discussed things with four members of the service dept and they were all very good indeed.

AVOID AVOID… went in for an update on the software. Was left for a few days and then I get a complimentary health check. A video to say IVE greased my brakes with copper slip and car isn’t safe to drive so implied I need to spend 1500 on replacing them.
I called them out on it and said it couldn’t be that as I’d driven it into them. So requested CCTV footage and I’d come in and have a look for myself::: miraculously they decided that all the brakes we cleaned up now and it wasn’t as bad as they first thought so I could come and collect. Drive the car away absolutely no issues at all and I or my family shall never return.

Efficiently run dealership. Goes out of their way to provide a service. Well known locally. Heart of Seat motors in West Wales. Also services Cupra. From circa March 2026 Cupra sales. Show room is currently being modified for Seat & Cupra sales.



The normal pick up and drop of service for servicing. Placed in the countryside mid way between Pembroke Dock and Haverfordwest on the old back road before the bridge was built, parking isn't an issue as you find in towns. Plenty of customer parking.

Seat sales and Seat / Cupra services. Second hand Seat and Cupra sales as well. Does Isuzu, so lifting equipment recently refreshed for heavy loads in the workshop. Handle those heavy EVs with ease when Seat gets to sell them.

Bought my Formentor VZ3 from the guys at Marshall Oxford last year, Elliot and Jamie were excllent throughout and I got the car at an excellent price. Couldnt fault them from initial enquiry to the eventual pickup!
