I am disappointed to have to write this review. However, I needed this dealership to carry out a diagnostic check of my car, as it was not driveable. The car is 2025 Cupra Born model. It had battery warning indicator messages.

All communications with Arbury SEAT Solihull were short, impersonal and unhelpful. They would say one day that they couldn’t take the vehicle until October, and then the next day it was November. They came with the approach of ‘we just don’t want to deal with a vehicle that is under warranty’.

Great experience at Cupra Milton Keynes
Picked my new Cupra Raval V2 Launch Edition yesterday. Had a brilliant experience with the team at MK. Joseph was tremendous; very knowledgeable about EVs and the Raval - my general experience of staff at other dealerships is that they no very little about the product they're representing - but he was superb. The rest of the sales and technician team were excellent and always greeted my wife and I with a hello and 'how can I help' - very good!

Even Cupra Customer Relations Manager can't get any sense out of them saying this week " I have also contacted Citygate West London to establish their current whereabouts. I spoke with Ilyas Benrahal, Sales Executive, who advised that the mats have been dispatched. I requested a tracking reference; however, he was unable to provide this at the time. Unfortunately, his manager was unavailable as the dealership is currently dealing with month-end processes."

For CUPRA Leicester in East Midlands
Great service
We brought our daughters SEAT Ibiza from Marshall Leicester. Got a great deal to start with regular update on delivery as was a factory order and a very smooth handover. Is a bit further than our nearest dealer as we have Vertu Derby which is OK but not great and Pentagon Chillwell which I have used before and found their service to be very good.
