That build thread is very interesting! I don't have a clue how i would ever fit that twintake under my bonnet

Yeah I like the look of the twintake.. Tho under the hood of the boc/cupra is tight, I wonder if the guys at forge tried fitting/ measuring it up on the beeza? I'd b tempted by this if it did fit... 500bhp thats a savage amount of power in such a small car.. Would b like strapping a saturn 5 rocket to the roof!

I imagine you'd have to have the battery moved to the boot if it wasnt already. Even then it would be a tight fit!

Unlikely that a twintake will fit....

Not the clearest photo, but I can't see where else it could run

if you could move the battery to the rear of the engine bay it would fit i reckon. be expensive though

He had all the internals custom mate from forged steel Ibelieve or something like that. They will hold with no issues.

More info from the thread...

He had 'photoshoped' how the intake will fit...

Now this pic is from the web! Its a tsi engine but NOT twincharge and is on a scirocco! Before i started the big Build i worked a bit with this pic on photoshop to put some of my ideas on paper! There are a lot of mistakes so please dont laugh! :p

1. Twitake induction (what it looks like on the car)

2. Where am planning to place the turbo BUT on the pic i kind of made a mistake and i put the turbo the wrong way! It should be 180 degrees other side!

3 Its a 3'' custom pipe

4 I did a shoot job on Photoshop so i just cover it up with the same cover 3 times! NO comment!

Note there where the turbo ends there will be 3'' Downpipe

TSI Boy: I very much doubt it. The constraints of the engine bay would still cause some problems no doubt. However i'm sure with custom tubing you could fit it!
