What figures from your Stage 1 LCR guys?

I'm really sorry if this has been covered before and after a few searches i couldn't find much.

Just wanted to know what you guys got power wise from a stage 1 remap on your LCR's?

I got 269bhp/266lbft from just a remap and panel filter. No other mods what so ever.

It's all down to how the car is mapped.

Ahh i see, I got 254.8bhp and 287 lb/ft. I thought I would have got more bhp than i did but less torque

Was yours a revo map then spirit? I just wanted to see if it sounded about right.

They also told me after 3 cold starts my ECU would adapt giving me another 5-8bhp.

Yep mine is Revo and the figure was taken minutes after the map was put on so no time for the ECU to adapt either.

Ahh good good... Certianly makes a difference after the map, i was quite shocked at how much quicker it was.

Ive read up about the Linear map, how do you find it? Is it really worth it for the change in power delivery?

Never used it personally, only one garage around here as it, about 6 miles away.

Hi. I thought it was a lot aswell but apprantly it is reachable with supporting mods. I had it done at amd whos dyno is pretty accurate they gave me a print out aswell.Only thing I am not too keen on is the potential of high torque causing issues with standard rods.

Ahh i see, I got myn done at AmD aswel but mods wise I only have a open air filter with heatshield and a 007p. Yeh I have read up about the torque being an issue after 300lb/ft. I suppose it will be fine if you don't go raggin it 24/7.

Thats Devon for ya. I used to Live in Torpoint, not many petrol stations but who cares, beautiful place, nice bendy roads and good beaches with surf!! What more could you ask for?!!

I think the rods issue is luck of the draw but obviously won't help. Supporting mods are open cone, forge tip, milltek cat back. I'm sure there are others but it's early and my brain hurts lol
