Window Piano black trim/mirrors

Hi,
I need your help guys, those window trims/mirror covers drive me crazy. They got those scratch marks easily even if I ceramic coated the car and use micro fiber towels.
I used a 3M scratch remover but no change.
If any can advise I will be great full.

I reckon you could do it with a sheet of 3M gloss black wrap, something like this on Amazon. Looks like that's what he's done in your picture.

If you do go down that route be super careful with cutting the wrap close to the trim - if it's scratched from microfibre towels, who knows what a blade will do to it!
