Cylinder 3 glow plug - short to plus

Hi all,
I am currently chasing down an issue with my 2015 2.0tdi 184 Leon FR (CUNA) having the Engine light pop up.
I can't visibly see any damage to the top of the engine bay harness and have already changed the pressure sensing glowplug out.

I am getting P13D4 short to plus and P13D6 signal implausible signal.

These log after ~20 mins of driving and a few days later pop the EML light on

Has anyone else had a similar issue and know any common places to check for damage or suggestions? (The garage has already had it in once and booked again next week)

Live logging of the pressure sensor shows realistic figures inside of the cylinder with no gaps in data at standstill.

Would a whole new circuit (https://seatdirectparts.co.uk/parts...-leon-2013-2017-tdi-glow-plug-connector-4pin/) be the next best step?

Thanks in advance,
EJF

Short to plus would indicate either a faulty sensor (which you already replaced) or broken wires.
so check the connector for corrosion, the wires for breaks and check continuity to the ECU

I'm planning on checking to the ECU, would you have any idea which pins this would be on the ECU as I can't find a definite answer in most places. Wiring diagrams for the glow system don't show the ECU side of things.

The sensor glow plug has a low torque of only 12nm - vs 17 for the standard ones.
Could it have been over torqued and damaged? or faulty? what part was fitted?
There is a thread on a VW forum with the same fault codes and they fitted another pressure sensing glow plug - to get the same fault code. They fitted a another one and cured the problem.

The area circled is a known trouble spot for chaffing on the charge cooler but it's been moved away and cable tied. That said, it could be too far in the opposite direction now and chaffing through on the pipe clip.
