Terramar PHEV, infotainment update lost the scheduling charge capabilities

Hi all, I lost my scheduled update capability, I was wondering if it's due to an update I received.

I’ve just got new Terramar and have no schedule icon on screen, nor the App.
Have you resolved?

No I haven't solve it, now I am in limbo and can't remember if I had it in the first place haha, been too long.

It needs "share my location" enabled I think in users menu.

Not surprised by this. Love my Terramar but the infotainment system is rubbish compared to the one I had in my F-Pace P400e.

Has anyone had an update on this? I got my terramar last month and it’s missing the battery scheduling option. I’ve tried the dealer, Cupra connect and they’ve all been pretty useless except to say wait for an update…

no, dealership told me to reset but i can't be bothered to do so. It's not super useful for me (the scheduling i mean) but would be good-to-have.
In general no other issues, 16.000Km in.
