Welcome to SCN, never had any problems over the last 29 years I have had SEATs, that were not sorted while still under warranty, and none where major. Never bothered with extended warranties either with any of them, including my Honda bike I bought new which is now 15 years old and only had new tyres and a brake light switch in all that time. Hope you will be as lucky as I have been with with your Leon.

Hello Guy, the winter tyres are Continental IceContact3 205/55R16T XL, studded because the wife insists (I'd prefer unstudded winter tyres myself). 16" to reduce the noise of the studs. Can't remember the model of the Continental 17" summer tyres, they came with the car back in 2021.
