...and others, it seems that the 1896 update only addresses the infotainment bugs, not the SOS error as this is controlled by a separate, telematics module. Evidently VW are just releasing an SOS update for the MK 8 Golf's so looks like we'll have to wait for god knows how long for a Seat...

Visit your dealer, there's updates available for the charging controller on hybrids along with tonnes of other stuff May aswell also get the 1896 update, and see if there's any telematics/SOS updates available too
