You're also missing the online connectivity icon from the top right near the clock. I suspect a telematics reset might be required. You could also try a factory reset in the MIB yourself, but it could fail due to the lack of back end server communication.

Yes, I have a 2021 and had the sos software updated to the telematics module and not an issue since if they update the infotainment only the sos will still carry on giving you issues. You need to push them to update that module

That's great to know than you for telling me, the cars going to the dealership next week for them to root out the issues as it's still under warranty so I'll let them know.
